Pasghetti

Today was/is pasta day. We skipped lunch, so had an early lupper/linner.

Breakfast:
Oatmeal with natural peanut butter, agave nectar, cinnamon and a banana

Lupper:
Whole wheat spaghetti with homemade chunky tomato and red pepper sauce and a salad. I had some light ranch dressing on the salad and parmegiano reggiano on the pasta. Mmm.


We made oatmeal cookies yesterday (whole wheat flour, whole oats, applesauce for half the oil), half with mini dark chocolate chips and half with golden raisins, so I've snacked on those a bit. It was a new recipe, but it's gone in the permanent file.
