Okay, so it wasn't even remotely a weight blip. As of this morning's weigh-in, I've lost 55 lbs. Yay! The sugar was down again, but only by a couple points. That's my bigger concern at the moment, but at least it's improving again. I also got the clear from my podiatrist today on the foot wounds.
Fasting glucose (morning): 99
Exercise: Walking, 2.7 miles
Breakfast: Kashi Go Lean Crunch w/ skim milk and peaches, along with a glass (12 oz) of High Fiber V-8 juice
Lunch: Leftover pasta from the other night. I added spinach to boost the healthiness.
Snack: Tasti D-lite shake-- worth every one of its low-sugar, nonfat 300 calories ;-)
Dinner: Tomato basil hummus, 7-grain pretzels (Utz Organic), baby carrots
