CSA Box #6

Lettuce, lettuce, lettuce... So much lettuce! We currently have a few rather large heads of different varieties. If you have any creative ideas beyond salads and lettuce wraps, I would love to hear them.

This week's mystery box challenge, mostly repeats:

• Lettuce
• Napa cabbage
• Bok choy
• Cucumber (I'm definitely making refrigerator pickles soon)
• Beets
• Summer squash (zucchini and yellow crook neck)
• Escarole
• Pink turnips
• Spring onions
